Barclays Bank aka Juniper Bank Mastercard scams
Probably more a sign of the times than anything else but…..
With an initial credit limit of $2,500, I’ve kept my Mastercard with Barclays bank (aka Juniper bank) at a zero balance for over a year now.
When I had to replace the window on Ryan’s car recently, I used that card to pay for the $536.00 bill. I now get an email from them saying I am approaching my $750 credit limit.
hmmmm…. I called and they said they reduced my credit limit because the balances I have maintained on the account haven’t been high. Let me get this straight – they are charging me almost 20% interest and they want me to maintain a balance and if I don’t, they reduce my credit limit.
Wow….. just wow……
I hope we are waking up to the reality of these less-then-honest bankers that have absolutely RUINED our economy.
Now that I think about it, I wonder how they did on the government’s recent financial stress test???
All of this makes me want to just put my money under my mattress.
