Dysfunctional Leadership

I am struggling with my work environment………. again.

The level of dysfunction at the highest executive levels is creating absolute and complete chaos for me. There is no one in any executive level position that appears to know how to manage. And there is certainly no one at that level who can actually execute. It is quite sad, actually.

As always, the Lesson Opportunities are abundant and I’m trying hard to learn them. I’ve decided the only way I can survive this corporate dysfunction is to NOT support it in any way - to the best of my ability.
